The inclusion of Plexicor into the Dawn Group promises to positively impact merchants, existing customers and prospective customers with its formidable sales force, comprehensive product range and distribution capabilities. The Dawn Sanitaryware cluster presently incorporates Vaal and Libra, two of the industry prominent and well respected sanitaryware companies. These two businesses have collectively conducted business for over 70 years. Both Vaal and Libra pride themselves as respected industry leaders in innovation, design and technology where the production and supply of baths, toilets, cisterns and basins is concerned. The Plexicor brand itself, boasts 58 years of experience and a hallmark of quality. Its inclusion will aid Dawn in achieving a synergy that will help to right size its acrylic business, eliminate surplus production and focus existing productivity to ensure that output is more profitable and customer focused. The combination of Libra and Plexicor products provides Dawn with a competitive product offering and will allow them to supply an even more extensive range of baths, fit for commercial, industrial and residential purposes alike. When coupled with Vaal the Dawn Sanitaryware triad will offer customers a comprehensive, quality, range of bathroom suites under one roof.
